My Mum was feeling confused about her finances and was frequently worrying about money.

Rob has helped us enormously. He has not only patiently and reassuringly supported my Mum in understanding her finances, putting her back in control of her money and making a huge difference to her day to day life, he has also supported us as a family. He always gives us easy to understand, transparent and reassuring financial advice and has grown our investments exponentially. Rob's work with us has meant that all of Mum's grandchildren now have a trust fund that will set them up for life, myself and my sisters have had financial support in setting up our business and making alterations to our homes, we all have an understanding of how inheritance tax works and our position on this, and most importantly of all my mum is enjoying her life so much more. Thanks to Rob's extensive knowledge and excellent, clear and reassuring advice she no longer has any worries about money and we all know we are in a very safe pair of hands with Rob.

The investment our family has made in working with Rob has paid back umpteen times over, both financially and emotionally. The support we have received and the financial reward we have seen since working with Rob has far exceeded the outcome we were originally hoping for.

What could they have done better?

Actually nothing. I know that is perhaps not the most helpful of answers, but it is genuinely how we feel.

I had a number of Pensions and was looking for advice with a view to possibly consolidating them, Rob came highly recommended and his advice and guidance has proved to have been the right choice
