I had a near death experience in 2024 which brought my future and how I wanted to live this out to the fore

I had several pensions and had no clue of which to transfer or cash in. I was highly emotionally charged following what happened and wanted it clear that I did not want to make decisions based on my emotions which is why I sought advice. I need someone I could trust and who would be honest with me

Nothing - communication is was key and Richard was always quick to get back to me. I had so many options from the pension advisor who also had made mistakes - so it was critical that communication was swift and two way as I found things and making a decision very stressful!
