There is nothing in particular they could have done better but I suspect all financial advisors need to try to use technology more in order to put my financial affairs at my finger tips, through and app or dashboard. Similar to what is able to be reviewed in face to face meetings. But I seriously have no issues and i am being well looked after.

Not only has helped with the advice on Care home fees but also pointed out that my Grandma was entitled to Additional benefits such as attendance allowance and this has benefited my Grandmas income significantly by around £5k a year.

Yes. We are secure that care home fees will always be met. We feel happy that we have done the absolute best for my Grandma. It’s a big responsibility to take financial decisions for someone else, I couldn’t have done it without their expert guidance. Grandma has increased her income significantly by claiming attendance allowance as they recommended. It’s a massive worry lifted off my shoulders. Knowing that she will always have her care home fees paid. Can’t say thank you enough to them. Just absolutely the best.
