Scott reached out promptly and we had a very informative discussion, which has ultimately led to not engaging Scott at this time, due to my circumstances. His advice even in the free initial chat was useful and happy that he didn’t try to move to charged advice when it wasn’t needed. When it is right for me to get formal advice I would happily engage Scott.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My wife and I inherited a large amount of money from the sale of her mother's house.
How has Scott Gallacher helped you?
. Scott has has opened and manages a General Investment Account, 2 ISAs and Discounted Gift Trust. I talk with him 2 or 3 times a year but he come to our house annually for a thorough review of the way the funds are going and what changes need to be made depending on how world events affect the funds.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Oh yes, particularly considering the global effects over the past 4 years.
What could they have done better?
Not that I am aware of.
