He never contacted me somebody else from his company did to say they could not help me as my pension was to small but they didn’t advertise a minimum

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Bad advice previously, lost confidence in advisors but having spoke to flying colours they recommended John Fielding in our area.

How has John Fielding helped you?

After John contacted us, we liked the way he went about the job and arranged to meet him at our home. We were very impressed with how helpful he was without even being signed up for anything. We have been happy with everything John has done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. John has made the whole process easy to understand, tailored to our needs and we have every confidence in him and he’s so easy to talk to.

Yes we have

So far we’ve nothing to complain about at all.

He has explained the choices clearly and answered any questions we had. He would always be at the end of the phone if we needed him.
