Nick took a full history of my current situation and my future requirements. He produced a comprehensive plan that met all my needs and with my agreement went on to make the necessary arrangements.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. It is still early days and the economy is in turmoil due to the Covid 19 pandemic however Nick has continued to advise and offer support, making tweaks as necessary.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Having several DB schemes, I needed an adviser who could provide advice and facilitate the transfer of my pension arrangements to a suitable DC plan to enable my pension fund to pass to my family after my death.
How has Nick Tattersall helped you?
It was very clear at our first meeting that Nick had the specialist knowledge and experience to assist with my particular needs - through the delivery of a very professional, effective and efficient customer focused service, Nick addressed all my areas of need and provided me with that all important financial peace of mind - that my large pension pension fund would be available to my children after my death as opposed to just simply disappearing which would have represented very poor value for money.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The recommended course of action that I have accepted and which is now is place satisfies everything I wanted from a flexible pension plan, which incidentally is what Nick advised would be the optimum outcome - all the boxes have been ticked!
What could they have done better?
Absolutely nothing! I found that Nick has excellent communication skills, he is a very good listener, friendly and puts the customer at ease.
