How has Paul Boutle helped you since your last review?

Paul is always there at the other end of the phone when i have any questions re my pension , also available to chat on the phone or arrange a home visit if needed, Paul is always friendly and listens to what I am asking about and answers professionally and knowledgeably , in ways i can understand which gives me confidence.

How has Paul Boutle helped you since your last review?

He has always been readily contactable, courteous and friendly. When asked questions, he gives his answers some thought before speaking. My wife and I have full confidence in Paul's advice, and hope to continue with him for a long time.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Wanted to consolidate our multiple pensions and see what position we were in financially to consider our options going forward.

How has Paul Boutle helped you?

Paul did a thorough check on our financial position and advised on consolidating our pensions into one provider, explained things that we were unaware of and ongoing support to us is available as and when required.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes to date, pensions consolidated, a seamless process taken care of by Paul.

What could they have done better?

At this stage I don't think there is anything, was kept up to date in all the processes.

Here we are another year on, doing ok and enjoying retirement and that is partly due to the fact that Paul has directed us with our finances. Have known Paul for a long time, count him as a friend as well as our Financial Advisor. He has an amazing depth of knowledge, keeps us up to date, monitors our investments for us and ensures we remain on track. Don’t read his reviews, don’t need to as we know from personal experience the value of what he does. Have told him he can’t retire yet as we still need him. Thank you Paul for all you do, and here’s to a long continued relationship.
