I met with Richard via a Microsoft Teams call. He was very friendly, and broke things down for me so that I completely understood the best moves for me given my individual context. I will be taking his advice on word for word, and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

He has responded swiftly to any questions which I have raised with him and in turn he has raised several topic areas which may not have been on my radar! Making decisions regarding a private pension can be pretty daunting. Any concerns which I had when taking the initial step to retirement were all allayed. Richard is readily available to discuss anything with me and the information/support/advice I've received & continue to receive allows me to live a better life without worry.

I don't think Richard could have done anything better. He explained everything in depth but simply so that I could fully understand what he meant. This was extremely important to me as I didn't want to be confused by financial terms I didn't understand.

After being made redundant I needed to sort out my pension in order to be able to leave a pot of money to my family

Richard advised on my opinions,gave advice on how to carry out my wishes ,he oversaw the arrangements all the way thru to final completion all the time having to work remotely as this was all being carried out under the lockdown caused by Covid 19.

I had previously engaged the service of a financial adviser that was affiliated to another network. Despite original positive engagement with that adviser/network, i quickly became disillusioned with the quality of advice and the lack of engagement that had been promised.

From the outset, Richard has spent time to properly engage with me, to analyse my financial position and to genuinely seek to understand what my financial goals are. Richard's has demonstrated great expertise, incredible knowledge of products and risk and has provided me with guidance as to how to match my risk profile with what i would like to achieve with long term investment planning. Richard's engagement with me has not ended with the initial 'on boarding' and i feel that he is pro active with respect to continual appraisal of my financial needs rather than being just a number on a spreadsheet.
