Initially I needed pension advise to decide if I could afford to retire and then to decide which method best suited my needs, annuity and/or drawdown.

He has since given ongoing advice as to any my personnel financial circumstances ensuring that any pensions taken were taken in a manner that is tax efficient and suited my needs, he also is there for any questions I might have on financial matters not just referring to my pension, this ensures that I am fully informed of any changes that might be occurring which I might not be aware of and hence the knock on effect e.g. pensions being included within any IHT calculation.

Yes I was able to retire on an income that was right for me and give both give a certain amount of flexibility and security.

No, his service is everything I could of asked for.

I honestly don’t feel there was anything they could have done more. They offered support constantly whilst never applying pressure. I couldn’t rate him high enough.
