What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I used Graham as his company was listed on a trusted site from several company's I already used and he was able to provide the specific help I needed.

How has Graham Duggan helped you?

Graham has advised us on consolidating some pensions into one but also on not doing so as well if this was more beneficial to me.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

yes we have now moved some pension pots under one umbrella and this has made planning for the future more straight forward

As I had pension policies with Royal London over a certain amount, they advised me to seek a FA and gave me the information to which to obtain one in my local area and I therefore rang and was put in touch with Graham.

He helped me immensely and very he was very patient in explaining my options

Not to my knowledge. It was the first time ever that I have ever used a FA and I was very impressed.

Contacted Graham via unbiased, needed an independent financial adviser to combine a number of scattered pensions , ironically the adviser i used to deal with had retired , contacted me same day as the request and arranged a consultation everything was fully explained and a plan put in place which should be concluded soon, and with a view to ongoing assistance as required.

I wanted to transfer out of a defined benefits pension int my SIPP.

Graham did a comprehensive review of my circumstances, before advising to transfer the pension, but to an alternative Prudential product which I have been happy with.

Reached the age of 55 and was looking to cash in part of my pension.

How has Graham Duggan helped you?

Graham was great. I just gave him all my details and he sorted everything out for me. I had two relatively small pensions which Graham dealt with. He released a relevant amount from each then combined monies that were left, moving them into one account and reinvested them. Great job, pleasant and professional at all times.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Most definitely.

What could they have done better?

Time element was a small issue but nothing major. I think the problem was due to Covid slowing everyone down more than Graham. Just unfortunate time.

I held 2 deferred pensions which were not going to pay me what I needed in retirement. I needed a financial adviser to look at the possibility of transferring them to a better paying provider.

How has Graham Duggan helped you?

Graham Duggan looked into both of my deferred pensions, found that one of them would give me a better tax break if I left it where it was, and that the other could give me a better return if I moved it elsewhere.

Graham Duggan provided an unparalled service. The questions I needed answering, he was on hand to answer and explain in much greater detail. Further from my initial queries Graham was able to provide and present alternative options for me to consider that had great benefits for my intended financial goals.

I need some help with my ISA’s and pension and contacted Graham for some advice.

Graham helped me realise what I had and what I needed to do in the future to ensure I had enough provision in place for retirement, as well as a back up fund for emergencies which he helped me invest appropriately.

I was very happy with how Graham helped me. He brought a lot of clarity to what before was a bit of a mess, as I didn’t know how my finances were looking. Since he helped my investments have done quite well also which is great.

Graham was instrumental in advising us on how taxes are set up by the government. He gave salient and relevant information which led us to understand much better the options we have when considering my fathers inheritance plan.

Graham is a professional, personable and helpful advisory, and he has given his advice and guidance to me and my family. It's been a great benefit to both myself and my father.

No immediate improvement springs to mind. Graham's services were both professional and beneficial. In the time he advised us, I had no misgivings whatsoever. I would love to give some constructive criticism, but, as I mentioned before, I can't think of any!

I had to remortgage and needed help with life insurance.

Graham helped me search a number of mortgage deals ensuring I was paying as little as possible. I am now £60 a month better off. I was also advised on how life insurance works ensuring it was the best option for me and my family.

Graham took charge of the whole remortgaging process, he was always available via email, phone or in person, keeping us updated along the way and completing the remortgage quickly and efficiently. He also provided sound financial advice.

Yes. Everything was completed in our expected time frame, Graham had our complete trust and we feel we received a very good deal compared to our previous dealings directly with lenders.
