Very informative and explained the products available very well. He answered all our questions, presented us with various options and left us feeling that we would be dealing with a very reputable organisation.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

It was time to review my two pension policies together and it was just a matter of finding time to sort this out and amalgamate the policies into one for my future retirement fund. My pensions were very 'one dimensional' with the previous providers and I was looking for them to be more actively managed.

How has Dale Hammond helped you?

He went through all the options very thoroughly and weighed up which fund best suited my risk profile. He gave honest and open advice as to what he thought would be best for me.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, I found Dale to be very professional and informative on the occasions he met with me. I fully trust his opinions and judgement and feel happy about my future pension plans.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I took the offer of early retirement from my workplace and received a lump sum plus an occupational pension. I needed advice on what best to do with my lump sum and other savings I had to protect my future way/standard if life.

How has Dale Hammond helped you?

Dale went through a risk analysis assessment to determine my views\predilection on risk and based on the findings, cautious, made suggestions as to what I should do. He's very easy to understand and explains everything including the historical performance of the investment and likelihood of future performance which given the events in 2008, was very useful for me. I love his Pantry, Fridge, Freezer analogy (keep some money in easy access, some you can get hold of pretty quickly and some in longer term investments). It works for me.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I've never has a loss in any calendar year and I feel quite secure that my investments are being well looked after until I decide I need them. We have an annual face to face check up on how things are going, emails if required by either party as and when. He's reliable, always available on the 'phone or via email and I've found his service to be most reassuring.

What could they have done better?

I honestly can't think of anything.
