Provided really easy to follow plans of what I can expect and when and advice on retirement and future finances

Yes she’s explained all my options clearly
What could they have done better?
Nothing she was lovely and made the whole experience easy to understand giving me a good idea of what the future will look like financially

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Pensions have always been a bit of a nightmare for me. I have know Kristen for a number of years and many friends have highly rated her services.
How has Kristen Cunliffe helped you?
After meeting with Kristen, and I gave her lot of paperwork to go through! I now feel more confident and happy that everything is in order.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have the outcome I wanted and I have now recommended to my friends.

Down to earth, very friendly and practical - Kristen very quickly gets to the heart of the issues and proposes to solutions. I would hugely recommend Kristen to friends and family.
