Ben helped me to transfer my pension out of a Company pension, and sorted the investment with a third party Company, taking into account my risk appetite. He was on hand to help with any queries I had throughout the process and still remains extremely accessible to me now.

Yes, the outcome to date has surpassed my expectations.
What could they have done better?
Absolutely nothing, Ben is both extremely professional and personable and in a short amount of time has become a very trusted friend as well as advisor which is very important to me.
