I wish I had met Ben years ago! Ben is both personable and professional, which made what could have been a stressful and difficult conversation much easier. Our initial meeting was relaxed, with Ben gathering as much information as possible to develop a clear plan and provide support for the future. Following our informal conversation, Ben provided a comprehensive report highlighting the key points from our conversation. He demonstrated a clear understanding of both the matters we discussed and the information I supplied, giving me confidence that he will do everything possible to maximise my position. I’m looking forward to our next meeting!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I new Ben and have followed his career. I needed someone to make better use of and advise me regarding making better use of my finances.

Without a crystal ball and taking into account the volatile world, nothing!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have been working with Ben for a number of years. Initially I sought his help with reinvesting my various pensions in a SIPP as we as setting up other investments for me and my wife.

How has Ben Lancaster helped you?

Ben has helped me consolidate my pensions, set up additional investments and offer inheritance planning advice. He is also able to offer opinions on general financial planning matters that may arise affecting my family.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I have seen a marked improvement in the performance of my investments since I have been using Ben, over and above my previous provider. I am also impressed by the responsiveness to any questions that I may have.

Having spent time with Ben on the phone and in person, he was most informative and patiently answered all my questions and many I hadn’t thought of ! I must say it was all very reassuring and I do very much look forward to working with him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking to withdraw our pension from the employment scheme.
