I needed some help and advise in regards to ISA's, savings, tax and CGT, and I had no hesitation in speaking to Russell. I believe his advise is very considered and tailored to my personal circumstances, as over the years of dealing with him, he now has a very good understanding of my personal financial requirements and direction. Tax and specifically CGT is a proper minefield, and Russell helped massively in making my decisions much smoother than I'd anticipated.

Russell attends regular review meetings with me, he is always well prepared with graphs and charts that track the performance of my pension portfolio. During these meetings Russell will fully explain global factors that are impacting the performance and returns on my pension investment, he will also share his insight and knowledge to ensure I am fully informed with the current situation. At a recent meeting Russell had identified slight changes to my portfolio that would be beneficial with the result of generating higher returns fully explaining his rationale for suggesting the changes. In between review meetings if I need to contact Russell he is always prompt when responding to my enquiries. I feel reassured by Russell's very calm and professional approach, he shows great patience to answer questions to ensure I fully understand the framework of my portfolio.

How has Russell Ludwin helped you since your last review?

I have been fortunate to have inherited a pension which Russell advised on clearly and explained the best way to invest it. Amazingly it will be tax free because of the way it was bequeathed and then transferred to me. That long with my other pensions that Russell has advised me on over many years now has resulted in the security of knowing I will have a financially comfortable retirement when I decide to take that step. I have recommended Russell to various friends over the years, with a variety of financial questions, and all have praised him for his courteous and sound advice. Thanks Russell
