I have always been nervous about pensions as my experience with an advisor was not a positive one. They tried to sell me pension plans that were not suited to me. With Lavinia, she not only listened about what I 'thought' I needed, but looked at my family's needs, the pension itself and, how my future might look.

Lavinia, has shown me how valuable my pension is and, that just waiting a few more years (I am 55 years), it will be worth a lot more than if I started drawing it now - which I can do.

Absolutely! A short term gain is not necessarily the right one but still a valuable income if I did want to draw it now. It was always about a picture of financial options.
