How has Martin Blackman helped you?

He offers me a number of Investment options, explains the pros & cons of each option & then allows me to choose the one which best suits my needs. When pressed he will recommend an option, but he is never pushy & I always think he allows the Client to be in charge at all times.

What could they have done better?

I've found it hard to find anything to criticise Martin for, but his time-keeping could be a little better, as he is usually late for our appointments.

Martin is very good at explaining how annuities work in laymans terms without making you feel silly for asking questions if you don't understand,he will make sure you do and are happy with what he has explained to you.He actively encourages you to ask questions and discuss any niggles you may have,he is very patient and thorough.
