Abigail called me back very quickly to arrange an appointment. She arrived on time with everything she needed. She gave me some advice and is looking into other things that I need help with. She is very friendly and I am happy with the way things are going.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to get some professional advice for my finances and where best to invest my for the future. Also I wanted to ensure I had the best cover insurance wise.

How has Abigail Brown helped you?

Abi has been invaluable in the advice she has provided. She makes complicated financial information easy to understand and is incredibly knowledgeable. She always puts her clients needs first and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Yes I have been given great advice which I have followed and and happy with the outcome.

What could they have done better?

Nothing! Abi has been great! Her advice was so good I have recommended her to family and friends.

I was looking at purchasing a property through my pdnsion

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My dad's recently gone into a care home. My mum's been increasingly overwhelmed with the associated finances and obligations of running the family home and been considering downsizing into retirement living.

How has Abigail Brown helped you?

Abigail helped us gain an overview of their financial situation to be able to make informed decisions about what's best for the family and the financial implications of those decisions.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The downsizing is an ongoing challenge and we're still in the process of it all, but I'm confident with Abigail on our side that we're asking the right questions to ensure we have the right information so that the decisions we make are well thought through. (And that's right up my mum's street, as she's very much a thinker!) I'm now confident that we're on the right track. ?

I chose Abigail for her expertise in public sector pensions advice (NHS & Teachers). She did not disappoint! I found her approachable, helpful and I felt listened to me. It was a really positive experience that I hope to build on.
