I am entering the final decade of my working life and securing an acceptable level of income to see me through my retirement years is paramount. Paul had aready been appointed by my employer prior to my start date.

Being naive and having a company pension, I wanted to enquire whether to leave it where it was, or would it be beneficial for me to withdraw/transfer it too another pension provider where the potential benefits would be better long term for myself and family.

Paul has patience and explains things in laymans terms, he explained both the pros and cons of leaving my pension funds where they were, as well as withdrawing and transferring to various types of pension funds. The nice thing, I never felt under any pressure at any time to go one way or the other and any further questions I had, were quickly answered.

At the present time I am not drawing on my pension, however but the funds are increasing especially during the torrid time we have had over the last 12 months I.e. COVID & Brexit.

I find this hard to answer, as Paul always makes himself available for meetings and more recently Zoom calls, in order to provide updates on how the funds are doing and recommending changes/tweaks if he feels a better return could be had.
