What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was finding it very difficult to access my defined benefits pension, I lost a lot of time and money putting my faith in financial advisors who basically led me up the garden path for three years. At the end of my tether, I found Gareth online after researching financial advisor's, it was one of the most important and best choices I could have made.

Ww have had a better outcome than we could have imagined. We are now mortgage free and have savings, something that probably would never have happened without Gareth’s advice and support.
What could they have done better?
I don’t believe there is anything Gareth could have done any better. I am always able to contact him at anytime if needs be.

Gareth helped me understand my pension situation and develop a plan to get ready for retirement. He also helped me build my own financial understanding so I could make informed decisions. Now he is helping me in the drawdown stage of retirement

Nothing in terms of service and advice. I think Gareth provides good value compared to the big pension management providers but I still do find the fees high
