Sam was kind and exceptionally generous with his time and knowledge, and very honest with us. In the end he suggested this was the not the right time for us to come on as clients or him, but still spent an hour+ going through our financial situation and giving us free and much needed advice. I defineitly see myself returning to work with him when the time is right for us, and would recommend him happily to anyone looking for a morgtage/financial advisor.
