Sam was kind and exceptionally generous with his time and knowledge, and very honest with us. In the end he suggested this was the not the right time for us to come on as clients or him, but still spent an hour+ going through our financial situation and giving us free and much needed advice. I defineitly see myself returning to work with him when the time is right for us, and would recommend him happily to anyone looking for a morgtage/financial advisor.

Sam accompanied me and my wife through the consulting and investment process, In the first stage he explained about himself the work he does and the experience he gained along the way. In the second step, he presented us with all the possible options for us according to the financial status of the savings and how it should be invested properly. He made sure to detail every step of the process and answered every question that came along the way His availability and human relations were expressed in gentle, respectful and professional communication! My wife and I are satisfied and highly recommend!

Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has the ability to simplify and explain complicated things. Although he is knowledgeable in many areas he is honest in regard to the things he is less experienced with and knows to refer you to the appropriate professional. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had money from an old defined contribution pension scheme which was locked away. We were unsure of our options after the Company we worked for went into liquidation.

How has Sam Malka helped you?

Regular reviews with Sam kept us up to date with the performance of our investments. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and patient when explaining the options we had for our retirement income after we made the decision to realise the benefits of our capital. He is extremely thoughtful and explained our options fully. His help has enabled us to make decisions on our pension which we were unaware of until all options were explained fully to us and for this we are extremely grateful to him.

Sam helped me find a great mortgagerate and product quickly. His response time is what has really blown me away. Having spoken with friends, they cannot believe that my broker responds within minutes on WhatsApp even when he is unwell! Absolutely top rate service. His advice and general approach are also fantastic. This really puts you at ease when making these huge financial decisions which are often very emotional.
