How has Lauren Tudor helped you since your last review?

Since our last review Lauren has spent time reviewing our level of protection so that we now have full peace of mind. Lauren has also gone through our cashflow modelling with software that has given us a fully integrated view of our finances, allowing us to better plan for retirement. Our children's ISA's are doing well and we are now considering children's pensions so that we can really set them up for their financial future. This would not have even been a consideration without Lauren's personalised service where she has got to know us and our goals as a family. With 3 children and 2 businesses, it's hard to find time but with Lauren's guidance we ensure we make the time to do this vital planning together. Thank you Lauren for the advice and ongoing support.

I whas with another adviser and it was taken over by the company that Lauren works for .

I had two pensions sitting with Aviva not really doing anything. I wanted the money to work harder for me, but with little to no knowledge I needed professional help & advice.

How has Lauren Tudor helped you?

Lauren helped me be proactive about my money. I shy away from 'grown up' decisions but Lauren made it all very easy. Her knowledge is outstanding. She is intuitive, understanding, kind and friendly. I trust Lauren and know she has my back.

The process was very quick once I signed the paperwork. I feel secure that my money is in the best place, reassured by Lauren. I know she is there if I have any questions. I'm excited to see how things work out.

She’s made everything incredibly clear throughout, she’s been patient and has made the process more than I could have hoped for - particularly as I have so little knowledge of it all.

We’re in a really good place and I’m looking forward to the next steps and excited to see what the future holds.

My pension was transferred to Laura's company when a previous by a previous company.

Lauren has provided positive advice on Death Duty planning involving setting up Deed of Attorney. Lauren also arranged a meeting with a Stock Broking company who can arrange to transfer our shares into a Share ISA as a long term pension investment.

Yes my wife and I will transfer our share holding into a joint ISA as a long term pension investment.

The financial adviser I was using retired and he reccomended SJP and I took his advice.

Lauren has been very helpful, she has spent time discussing various options with me and has patiently guided me through the process of outlining how the company works and its aims. I am grateful to her for her advice and it is reassuring to know that if I have any issues she is always available to assist.

Not as things stand but I am aware of the current financial crisis and the effects of Covid. I have discussed this issue with Lauren and I am confident that the situation will improve and will result in what I am aiming for.

What could they have done better?

The service I get from Lauren and her associates is second to none, so I don't think there is any more they could have done. I am satisfied with the way things are at the moment and I am sure they will improve as time goes by..

i did not look for a financial advisor, Lauren came to go thru my accounts with up to date figures on my investments, & to advise on were was best to invest for a better return on my money.

Having reached the age of 55, I was initially looking to take a lump sum (25%) from one of my pensions with a view to investing the remainder.

How has Lauren Tudor helped you?

Lauren took a detailed look at all my finances including pay, outgoings, pensions, mortgage and savings then gave me all the advice I needed. Interestingly and thankfully she didn't just concentrate on my initial enquiry but looked into the impact that my request would have in the long term; things that I hadn't perhaps considered and came to a conclusion which best suited my attitude to risk. Due to the pandemic our correspondence was restricted to phone calls, emails and TEAMS/ZOOM meetings which were all very useful, well planned and constructive. When considering all the hard work Lauren had to do on my behalf and the fact that I probably wasn't her only client, I was impressed by her upbeat attitude and the professionalism she showed throughout and I look forward to my review next year.

I received some inheritance money that I wanted to invest to achieve the best return.

Lauren took me through all of my options and complete a risk review form which showed whether I was a risk taker or not. After reviewing the information received Lauren was able to advise on the best options for me to invest my monies.

It is still early days with regards to the investments but I am positive that their will be a good outcome in the long term

Nothing, I was happy with the help Lauren provided and I feel confident that if I have a problem Lauren will be able to sort it for me. She has also advising that I can contact her for any updates although I can log into the portal and look at my investments myself.
