What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We moved to Cheshire and as we were already Quilter customers we were looking for a Quilter Advisor in this area.
How has Tom Kennedy helped you?
Tom has advised us, and our family, with ISA savings, Pension Investments and forecasting/planning together with reviewing financial protection products. He is helping with pension consolidation and advice.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We have seen positive outcomes with our investments and have moved to more cost effective financial protection products.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. We are very happy with all aspects of Tom's work and advice.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I needed to set up a new pension as a business owner and I needed to transfer over my old pension from my previous company. I also needed a review of my life insurance and my financial planning up to retirement age.
How has Tom Kennedy helped you?
I am grateful to Tom who advised me that my current cover did not include any financial support should I become ill or injured and need time out of the business, now I have a policy that will cover my monthly salary and a pay out after death. He has also set me up with a new pension and will arrange with my previous pension company to transfer the balance over so it is all in one place. Lastly he advised me about future savings for my children which I found really useful and will be putting in place.

Very much so.
