I recently sold a property and needed to maximize my investments for the best return. I also have pensions which required review and realignment.

I have been given some very useful and clear information upon which to base my decisions, and I am in the process of realigning my investments to maximize the potential return.

Currently, nothing. I am very happy with all the communication, information and ongoing support I am receiving.

I have no complaints whatsoever regarding my experience with Frances. A very professional person who went to great lengths to explain things to me.As a recent holder of the Prudential Bond I must say the whole procedure was quite lengthy and so different from the first bond that my husband and I held. Unfortunately despite all procedures that were explained to me the outcome was not what I expected. No complaints regarding Frances but disappointed with the new Pru.
