I was looking to release equity in my property for a better quality of life.

I wanted to transfer out one of my pensions and I needed a competent financial advisor to help me with the whole process.

Alistair saw me through this process without any problems or unexpected hitches, and if anything was difficult or hard to negotiate, he helped me navigate through it without holding the transfer up at all.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, as I now have the access to a pension that I needed in order to deal with a lot of things going on with myself and my household right now

What could they have done better?

I honestly do not believe Alistair could have done anything better. His advice was clear and he explained everything in a way that I could grasp (I have MS and it severely affects my cognitive understanding on occasion) He was patient, understanding and extremely thorough.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Finance is not an area I am adept in.
