What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My mum has used Gilson Gray Financial Advisor for many years. I decided to use the same company as I needed help and advise on my retirement plan.

How has Ranald Hall helped you?

Ranald has been a great help to me. I am wanting to start looking into my retirement plan which happens to be one of the areas Ranald specialises in which is great. He has been able to break down all the complicated jargon into simple terms and made sure I understood exactly what he can do for me and how it will help in the long term.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am still at the early stages of the process but so far things are moving forward very well.

What could they have done better?

I don’t think he could have done any better. I am very happy with the help I have been given so far. Ranald has definitely put in the time and effort for me. He is very easy to get hold of and will happily meet up if I feel I need some more help.
