I was looking to drawdown on my private pension and start seriously planning for my retirement.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Initially to invest for my children's education but have sought advice through all stages of life up to and including pensions and retirement.
How has Marc Dicks-Jones helped you?
He has always listened well and understood my needs and offered appropriate, pragmatic and creative advice. He has implemented my decisions efficiently. He has a plethora of knowledge on what products are available and is up to date on all legal ramifications as well as potential risks of investment opportunities. I have complete confidence in him.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Now in retirement, I feel adequately provided for.
What could they have done better?
Nothing really. I'm happy with the service provided and the outcome.
