Close Brothers were the FAs to my late husband and have continued to advise me personally since 2016.

Debbie is an exemplary FA. I can’t fault her professionalism, attention to detail and her communication and personal skills at all times.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Originally I retired from teaching and had a lump sum to invest and was advised to contact Nelsons. When they were taken over by Close Brothers I had a couple of financial advisers prior to Debbie taking over. Undoubtedly Debbie had surpassed all my expectations and I value her advice

I have had excellent advice from Debbie on investment, levels of risk, will writing, inheritance planning and savings to mention a few but I'm sure there are many other areas where she has helped

Yes and I appreciate any decisions Debbie has made on behalf of Close Brothers

Nothing I can think of - perfectly happy with everything

Debbie is very knowledgeable on financial advice. She is able to simply explain the current and changing government legislation, affecting financial decisions.

This is long term planning, but the short term goals are being achieved.
