We have power of attorney for my brother who had used Garnet’s services for many years. On my brother’s behalf we requested advice from Garnet on annuities and later on reviewing his investments.

The outcome has certainly been the the range of expectations described by Garnet. We all, however, hope for even better outcomes.

What could they have done better?

I did experience a period where face to face advice was given by another (qualified) financial adviser employed by Garnet. To be fair Garnet did consult before this happened, and I agreed, although the service during this period was satisfactory, it didn’t feel as special.

We were rationalizing our various pension schemes to move under one roof and Garnet organised this for us.

How has Garnet Ronander helped you?

He contacted all our providers and rationalised the schemes into just one for my wife and one for me. We subsequently have started a Trust fund for our grandchildren and started pension payments for them also. All of this has been efficiently achieved by Garnet and his team

Yes the pensions have been performing well, and the Trust fund has been efficiently managed to ensure that tax obligations have been minimized

No negative experiences with the firm in about 10 years operation
