What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
First time buyer.
How has Luke Edwards helped you?
Luke initially listened to all my requirements then took the lead whilst ensuring I was kept updated along the way. He presented me with various options which he explained each in detail allowing me to understand which product would be best suited to me. This was a new experience for me and without Luke I'm unsure what would have happened. He even had to get me an extention on my offer due to delays from my sellers side. Behind the scenes Luke was also actively keeping an eye on the Bank of England base rate changes to see if at any point he could secure me a mortgage at a better interest rate. He was just an email or phone call away from start to finish. Additionally Luke gave me Solicitor qoutes to complete the purchase as well as insurance information both which were entirely up to me if I wanted to pursue without feeling pressured to do so. I would definitely recommend Luke and more so if your a novice like myself as he made things so much clearer and easy for me!
