I wanted to withdraw a lump sum from my pension pot.

John was brilliant. He guided me through all technical jargon in good old Kings English. Everything was so simple. He took care of all the paperwork and kept me updated by phone all the way the process.

Yes and more. He also advised me to move my pension pot to another company. This was done via a simple risk assessment with himself. He and his team then came up with best way forward to reinvest my remaining monies to achieve maximum growth with minimal risk.

What could they have done better?

He couldn't of done anymore than he did. Infact he went over and above what I asked for, making sure my other pension was performing correctly and that my financial future was safe.

I was not happy with the performance of my current pension provider
