Yes - funds have now been transferred

The timescale has been purely down to Aegon, and not Raven Wealth or Steve

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a difficulty in transferring my GMP pension. I spent 8 months with two prior IFA’s who both supported my reasons for a transfer, but for different reasons were unable to come through for me.

Stephen had a unique approach to resolving my pension transfer for which I am very grateful.

It’s in final stages but looks very close to being finalised.

Nothing. Great communications throughout from this team.

I needed to withdraw funds from a pension pot and close it. I was getting nowhere doing this myself. I needed help.

Stephen Hunt and Lisa Newmark identified a plan of action and despite several problems along the way dealt with everything professionally and speedily. At one point I was close to giving up but they wouldn't let me!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

100%. The tenacity, patience and determination Lisa, particularly, showed in getting the result we both wanted was successful. I cannot rate Raven Wealth highly enough.

In my opinion - nothing.
