I was referred to Mauro following a recommendation from a friend and he has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of understanding my affordability, finding a home and obtaining a mortgage. He was very responsive, always tolerant of any stupid questions I had and happy to jump on a call to talk me through. It's been a pleasure dealing with Mauro and would happily return in the future.

Mauro did all his best throughout all the mortgages process ,he couldn’t have done any better

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking to replace our existing joint life insurance, whose premiums would continue to escalate substantially to maintain the level of cover. We had previously been limited in our options because of my wife's health - including breast cancer diagnosed in 1999 and issues with cholesterol and diabetes.

How has Mauro Arcidiacono helped you?

He was able to arrange a fixed-premium, fixed-cover policy that costs us about 30 per cent less per month compared with our previous policy.
