Natalie is on maternity leave. No contact possible. I’m surprised your records do not show this.

Our CRM Manager explained this and offered you a complimentary online consultation with another qualified, independent financial adviser from our team. When you indicated a preference for meeting someone locally, our CRM Manager went further by providing a list of reputable financial advisers in your area. We're disappointed that you've chosen to leave a 1-star review for Natalie personally, as she had no involvement in your experience and is simply on maternity leave—a circumstance we hope everyone can understand and respect. We would also highlight that Natalie had to go on maternity leave two weeks earlier than expected, which is something that neither Natalie or Flying Colours could have foreseen. We believe we made every effort to help you find suitable financial advice, and we're sorry we couldn't meet your specific requirements. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My dad required long term care.
How has Natalie Donnell helped you?
Natalie provided clear and helpful advice, and arranged an immediate needs annuity to help with the costs of dad's care.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The annuity is now in place.
What could they have done better?
There were a lot of moving parts and Natalie and her colleagues had to deal with several third parties. Some third parties were slow to respond. More chasing might have helped move things forward more quickly.

Looking for pensions advice as in lots of different pots and struggled to understand them all and their value

Understanding the difference between Defined contribution and Defined benefit pensions, forecasting and financial planning ready for when I retire

I was really pleased with Natalie's support and advice in understanding the makeup and forecast of my pension pots

Taking complete novices through the complicated process of what to do to make the best investments for our retirement. This involved a great deal of handholding. Natalie could not have given us a better more forthright service.
