What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We came to the end of our 2 year mortgage term and wanted to remortgage and release some equity for home improvements.
How has Mark Flaherty helped you?
Mark was very helpful choosing the best rates for our remortgage and explained how releasing money affects our repayments clearly. He was conscious of the increasing national base interest rates, and worked fast to secure ours as early as possible.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Very much so. We have the money to improve our home, and feel very fortunate to have secured such a good rate before they all increased so much. If we had left it any longer it may have been difficult with the cost of living crisis.
What could they have done better?
I find no fault with how Mark handled everything.

How has Mark Flaherty helped you since your last review?
Mark has provided sound, upto date advise about mortgages when we came to remortgage last year. He also helped to explain life insurance clearly, and provided worked on an insurance plan that worked well for my households personal circumstances. He did all this with a very professional and friendly manner. I felt that Mark truly wanted the best for us.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
2 areas that we needed cover for. One was personal health covver for the family and the other was business protection cover so that both partners were covered in the business if something happened to the other.
How has Mark Flaherty helped you?
Discuss the pros and cons of the cover, mainly pro's in our case. Went through the different provider options and fed back to us what extras we should and should not need.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, most definately.
What could they have done better?
No much, as the speed of getting everything up and running was quicker than we thought too.
