I had recently retired and had recently sold the shares in the company I partially owned, so was looking to commence drawing down on my personal pension, so needed quality advice in what to do and what to invest in.

I don’t believe anything could have been done better, everything was explained very clearly and time given to consider the various options, with no “pressure selling”.
