What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to be prepared for my retirement and also understand how best to invest resources that I had be that in property / ISA / Pension investments.

How has Chandan Hinduja helped you?

Spent time to understand my objectives. Consolidate "old" passive investments into a more active set of investments and provided visibility via the platform where I can see all my investements.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

From the earlier actions yes , these have continued to grow well, more recently with a large pension transfer it's too early to say.

What could they have done better?

Probably more frequent contact, but that is as much on me to ask as for Chandan to organise.

My investments are progressing nicely so far.

Nothing really, though it would have been good to meet face to face, however, Covid scuppered that!

Needed to arrange transfer of my pension from old employers, Chandan’s name was given to me by 2 trusted friends who are both qualified financial advisers, he was also known by a family friend of over 25 years who had worked well with him in the past
