About

I have been a financial adviser since 2015 after leaving university and being in that position of not knowing exactly what career path I wanted to follow. However, some say things happen for the reason and I ended up choosing a path I really enjoy with particular areas of interest such as investments, pensions (both pre and post retirement) and protection insurance. I received my financial adviser qualification (level 4 DipFA) after a number of years of studying with the London Institute of Finance & Banking. My client base is very diverse ranging from young professionals/business owners just starting their financial planning journey to much older clients completing theirs. I also help a number of airline workers review their employee benefits to make sure things are tickety-boo! It is an amazing privilege and responsibility knowing so much about a client’s private affairs and their hopes and fears. I believe the key to being a good adviser is having a sound level of technical knowledge but more importantly the ability to listen, be personable and connect with what really matters to clients. My spare time tends to revolve around my son and partner (including the centre of attention which is a dog named Podrick the Spaniel). Alongside financial affairs I am more than happy to talk about sport (football and rugby in particular), travelling (I lived in Spain for a few years) and food (I am getting hungry now). The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You might get back less than you invested. You should only consider these products if you are willing to take some risk with your capital. We will consider whether such products are suitable for you before recommending an investment. Approver Quilter Financial Services Ltd and Quilter Mortgage Planning Ltd 25/04/2024
