Josh really took time to explain his proposals and how this would work for me. He always gave very prompt and thought-through responses to queries that I had. His offers were competitively priced and throughout the whole journey he was extremely personable and patient. Whilst I have chosen to go with a competitor, the decsion was extremely tough and if things don't work out with my chosen provider I will DEFINITELY be knocking at Josh's door.

I have recently setup my new business as a sole trader. I wanted information on pensions and protecting myself in the event of illness. Josh gave me some really good options so I can make an informed decision. I will be speaking with him again soon. Highly recommended!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I am an unison member and the service was offered under them, so I took advantage as my private pension wasn't doing well.

How has Joshua Martin helped you?

Joshua was able to recommend better places to put my pension pot into, getting better rates and not paying as much admin fees.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have only just moved my pension over.

What could they have done better?

Not much at the moment.

A change of job meant I needed a private pension and I was unsure of where to start; so I searched online

He took time to explain everything I asked and was always available to answer questions if needed. Josh helped me in every way, start to finish in getting a pension.

What could they have done better?

I honestly haven't had any issues or had anything that I would've needed or liked done better. Even when there were delays, these were not Josh's fault yet he made sure he was available to support me and help move forward to get resolution.
