Tom made us feel very comfortable he took time to explain everything to us and was very knowledgable on the answer's he gave us not just about our pensions,at no time did we feel pressured into buying any of the service's available. We were very pleased with the report Tom wrote giving us various options regarding our pension and are now in the process of our pension being moved to one that meets our needs thanks to Tom.

Tom inherited my Financial portfolio from my previous Financial Advisor who was retiring.

Yes I have seen the outcome I was hoping for. My Pension and Investments are doing well. Tom is honestly like a breath of fresh air. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in great detail. But more importantly, he explains it in a way that you can understand, which is very reassuring. He is also very friendly and it feels like you're just having a casual chat with a friend when meeting him, an although you are discussing your financial future and potentially making important decisions, he makes you feel at ease and confident about making those decisions.

What could they have done better?

Honestly I don't think there is anything that Tom could improve on. he is definitely the best Financial Advisor that I have dealt with and I am extremely happy with all the advice he has given me so far.

Looking for help with long term financial planning, looking to start investing.

How has Tom Brookes helped you?

Tom was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about his job. He took time to get to know and understand my circumstances and get to know me to ensure his advice was the best it could be. As I was a new investment customer Tom took the time to talk me through the approach we were taking and answer all my questions. Apart from feeling I'm in good hands because of Tom's understanding of my situation, I also know I'm in good hands because he's made sure I understand exactly what he's doing and why. I feel like we have a proper ongoing relationship and are in it together for the long run.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we've embarked on an ongoing advise basis which I'm very pleased with and have a good long term plan for investments and insurance.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

To gain advice on future proofing savings from a source clear of tie's to banks ect

Install more paperless systems to reduce printed matter and multiple signatures. (i do believe it is something they are working at),
