Yes - Stephen successfully arranged the mortgage for my current property on a two year fixed deal. Looking to setup a private pension and consolidate previous occupational pensions.
How has Stephen Davies helped you?
Stephen contacted all of the scheme administrators for valuations of the pensions. Once these were received, Stephen evaluated which pensions I should look to consolidate and which ones would be better to left. Stephen also advised on the best options in terms of a consolidated pension provider and also a new provider for on-going regular pension payments. Stephen was very transparent throughout the whole process, paying particular attention to risk appetite and costs.

So far so good. Two occupational pensions have been consolidated and the on-going contribution fund has been setup.

Thank God For Steve ! I set out by myself at first and searched the web for mortgages only to be confronted by endless mortgages with huge ranges in interest rates and hidden conditions within the mortgage application. Feeling out of my depth I contacted Steve for help and very glad I did as his knowledge and expertises saved us £££'s . He put his mind to finding the best mortgage for us and very quickly. To my surprise he found a handful of suitable mortgages within our monthly budget I was struggling to find one when I was searching. He sat down with us and spoke about the rates, mortgage terms and the conditions of each mortgage and answered any questions we had along the way without any pressure and took time to understand our needs, Steve then handled the whole mortgage application from filling in the application on our behalf to making phone calls, posting our documents and kept us informed on the application progress at all times. Waiting for our mortgage offer to come through was a nail biting wait as we had fallen for our potential new house and worried that we would not be able to get the mortgage. Steve assured us that he had done his research and was confident we would be excepted this put me at great ease, I am now able to realise that his help was invaluable as his knowledge and access to different mortgages on the market was far more than I could of managed by myself. Without Steves help we may not have ended up owning our dream home. Many thanks Steve, have recommended you to family and friends.

I asked Stephen if there was anything he could do with my current mortgage costs. He met with me several times to discuss various options and advised on which mortgage best suited my circumstances. His hard work has currently saved me almost £200.00 per month!!

He is totally independent and has the ability to cut out any jargon and give plain and simple explanations on the products available. Thus you naturally warm to him and gain confidence in him as a person which I found to be key. He is very flexible whether that be meeting him at his office or home which is a real benefit. Steve has been managing my investments for about eight years now and I have seen sustained growth across the portfolio. Steve always gives honest advice and takes time to identify what my expectations are, he takes time to understand what I want in life and Taylor's his advice to my personal circumstances. Stephen on our instruction went to the market to provide, in his eyes, what he thought our requirements were after an initial interview. Came back with varying options that were fully explained. The best bit, he gave us TIME to decide. From the subsequent decision he reviewed with us to Shakespeare's were met. We were then given the space and to move forward in our own time. No pressure or jargon. A breath of fresh air in this market place.
