Looking to remove my pension

Gary was very professional even though was difficult because of covid Gary talked us through everything to do with transferring my pension
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes up to now very satisfed
What could they have done better?
I don't think Gary could of done more he was allways at the end of the phone if you needed him and keep me informed all the way through the process
