I needed an IFA to help with the transfer of my workplace pension after being badly let down by another advisor.

Yes we are almost 2/3 rds complete from the original plan as we wait for some other monies to arrive from our different sources that were not making any money.

John initially visited me at home and discussed various options with me, from that point we were regularly in touch regarding my application and subsequent mortgage offer.

Yes, I got my mortgage offer and went ahead to purchase a property.

John's advice and attitude was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We were looking for a remortgage.

How has John Miller helped you?

John was amazing we are in quite a unique position and so it is awkward getting a mortgage and John helped us find the right lender at a good rate, he kept us upto date throughout the process and it was very painless!.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It is exactly what we wanted.

What could they have done better?

To be honest the only criticism I could have is that it took a while to get the lending in place but that was more the banks and John was very good at keeping on top of them to keep it moving.
