Yes we are almost 2/3 rds complete from the original plan as we wait for some other monies to arrive from our different sources that were not making any money.

I was looking to obtain buy to let mortgage.

John initially visited me at home and discussed various options with me, from that point we were regularly in touch regarding my application and subsequent mortgage offer.

Yes, I got my mortgage offer and went ahead to purchase a property.

What could they have done better?

John's advice and attitude was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We were looking for a remortgage.

John was amazing we are in quite a unique position and so it is awkward getting a mortgage and John helped us find the right lender at a good rate, he kept us upto date throughout the process and it was very painless!.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It is exactly what we wanted.

What could they have done better?

To be honest the only criticism I could have is that it took a while to get the lending in place but that was more the banks and John was very good at keeping on top of them to keep it moving.

Looking mortgage for new property.

John took care from searching the best deals to fill in the relevant paperwork and contacting lenders and solicitor to move things forward.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. He went the extra mile in several occasions to support us with the lenders and solicitors even when he was off on holidays. We found John through google and although we were not sure if he would be the right choice he proved himself very quickly. He did fantastic job and had the right answers every time we needed him.

I needed advice on and guidance to secure the best mortgage deal.

How has John Miller helped you?

He looked for mortgage deals and showed the lender that I met all the requirements on my behalf. He also liaised with my assurance companies to see what policies I already had to establish which ones I still needed to take out. He also helped me find buildings insurance and took out a policy on my behalf.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I have secured a mortgage and moved in.

What could they have done better?

No the service was great and he was very professional, with the 'can do' attitude that got me where I am now, and polite

How has John Miller helped you?

As a first time buyer, I found mortgages and house-buying a bit of a minefield - with a lot of people along the way who just assume you 'know it works'. John was incredibly helpful in giving me all the information I needed, in order to be kept informed and make the right decisions along the way. This was right from having an offer in principal to completion. John was always friendly and prompt in communicating, and highlighted any potential risks along the way. Needless to say, he was successful in finding me a good mortgage I was happy with, and I'm now in my first house. His services were more than worth the money for the amount of work put in - and it would have tested my sanity to do it without his assistance!

John Miller identified the most appropriate pension scheme on my behalf. Over the last decade he has reviewed my schemes and amalgamated them to ensure a pension policy met my requirements. In addition to the pension scheme, John arranged the best mortgage provider for the purchase of my first and second house.

Whilst I am prepared to offer constructive criticism, on this occasion I am totally happy with the service provided.

This is the first time I have had a Financial Advisor so I am new to it and would highly recommend John Miller for his hands on approach and ability to recognise just exactly what is required to support my needs best. He is easily contactable and does what he says he will do . I don't have to chase him. He takes the jargon out of the sometimes difficult to understand reading and simplify's it.

What could they have done better?

There is nothing I can think of because he has ticked my boxes but if I was to be picky I would say he could be a little sharper on arriving on time for the scheduled appointment. I am not saying he is very very late but as a person who sticks to time scales he may be up to ten minutes late. As I say not a big deal when everything else works so well.

Over many years John has offered a good service always with a very professional manner he spends time looking at various options to give the client peace of mind that the decisions taken are the right ones. On numerous occasions he has made me aware of opportunities to capitalise on my investments and changes to regulations. John is very accommodating to discuss your personal requirements at any time and place of your choice and will always make contact if he is running late from a previous appointment.

Personally i would appreciate more reviews from my pension investments nearer retirement making sure the policy gives the best return when the day arrives.

John is easy to talk to and quite willing to give us a visit at home to deliver forms for signature.Recently he was very helpful to me in getting my mothers will drawn up and legal.

John looks after all of my Mortgage, Pension and Insurances. He has a clear understanding of my requirements and has worked tirelessly to ensure best solution. I find John very informative without every feeling patronised and is extremely informative with his products, I also find him very honest and always explains in detail the products. Having been made unemployed twice over the last 5 fives it has been with John's friendly and helpful nature that has help me through these difficult times.
