What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had a pension sharing order to transfer. My boyfriend already used this company so I went with the recommendation as he was very happy with MlP wealth.
How has Paul Standerwick helped you?
Given specific advice to my situation and explained everything in simple terms that I understand as new to all financial matters.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Only just transferred the pension recently but hope to in time.
What could they have done better?
I was happy with the services. It’s not a quick process transferring a pension sharing order but they took the lead a d helped my through to the transfer to Quilter.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
MLP have been looking after my pension for a number of years, wanted advice on the IHT aspects regarding the new rules.
How has Paul Standerwick helped you?
My wife and I met Paul at the office and discussed in detail the options available. One thing I do appreciate is that Paul does not rush you into choosing an option. Once my wife and I decided which options were most suitable, we met with Paul again and finalised the options, Paul then introduced us to Leigh Loney who was very helpful in setting up all the administration / paper work. Kept me informed all the way through which was very much appreciated.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Too early to tell, especially with the current market situation.

Nothing – completely satisfied with all aspects.
