Anil has provided me with really helpful advice throughout the process and managed to secure a very good interest rate in advance of the increase in mortgage interest rates. This is the second time I have used Anil with this property and every time I was very pleased and grateful for his support.

I know banks were really busy with the economic challenges and lots of queries from clients with the increase in interest rates; I waited a long time for the bank to respond to one issue with the property valuation. I know Anil chased numerous times for a response and we got there in the end; perhaps chasing earlier would have helped with a quicker response.

With this, Anil has helped me to secure a lower interest rate which is a much better deal. We are hoping to finalise the new mortgage in December when we're expecting the completion date. Anil seemed highly knowledgeful about the types of UK investment options. He had provided me excellent advice about various options along with their pro's and con's. For a novice who doesn't understand mush of these investment jargon, he had explained much clearly what they meant. I find Anil to be very articulate and knowledgeable. He's got in-depth knowledge of all the products available in the market and is not shy in discussing them in detail. Unlike others where they try to convince you to take one option, Anil discussed various options with me. He helped me find the most suitable option which matched my needs. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a true professional and a thorough gentleman.
