Alan has excellent knowledge and offers good sound advice. He has a polite, jovial, easy going manner which enables easy communication. Questions are answered efficiently and with great care.He guides within the boundaries of all rules and regulations and makes you clearly aware of them. Personally, he simplified what was a complex pension matter and was able to deal with it fully where others could not. I would fully recommend Alan and I would use him for advice with any financial matter within his field.

Past company was consolidating pensions.

He provided detailed options that were very clearly and simply laid out. I needed to consider ideas that in the longer term would help with inheritance tax planning

The pension from the first company and now a second have both been invested and I am seeing a return

He dealt with a very difficult company who were not forthcoming in allowing me to have the draw down I wanted.

Yes Aan has managed to get what I wanted and showed perseverance and kept me informed about what was happening.
