What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My partner and I were looking to obtain a mortgage to purchase our first property, we had no experience in this.
How has Ross Lacey helped you?
Ross took the time to explain to us what our options were and what types of Mortgages were available. He was always on hand on calls and email if we had any questions. He really went above and beyond for us as we had issues with a property we wanted to buy which fell through at the last minute and he was the only person in that process that did not let us down. Once we found another property Ross secured us another mortgage quickly which allowed us to move in as soon as the house was ready!

Yes - we are now living in our dream home.

I contcated Ross aabout pension planning and investments following a recommendation from a friend who is also a client of Ross . I found him to be extremely personable, patient, practical no nonsense or jargon/straight talkng , putting infomation into plain language that I could undertsand. I felt very well informed as to my choices

Ross put me in touch with his colleague who has offered advice to my parents pertaining to transfer and sales of stocks and shares which has proved to be extremely helpful.
