Continued to monitor my situation and advise as necessary. He has answered all queries that I have put to him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had an advisor for many years but he retired and I didn’t find his replacement was a fit for me.

I find James Latchford very approachable, he listens, is clear in his recommendations, and responds. He also takes the time to explain if I need clarification. I feel confident with him looking after my investments and that I am in safe hands.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I am happy with the outcome.

There isn’t anything that I feel could have been improved.
