What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
When I was in my early 50s I realised I needed help to organise my pensions and work out how to invest my money when I retired. I had no interest in trying to investigate the SIPP market on my own.
How has Lucy Grifferty helped you?
Lucy has been an excellent adviser. She understands my circumstances and what I want to achieve, is knowledgeable about the market, clarifies for me points on inheritance and tax, and is personable and easy to talk to.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have retired comfortably and have seen my investments perform well.
What could they have done better?
Nothing - Lucy manages all paperwork. I like the eco part of her philosophy and am delighted to be supporting planting trees.
