What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I came into a fairly large sum of money through pensions and inheritance and felt a bit out of my depth. I wanted to be sure I was making good decisions.

How has Craig Malcolm Bush helped you?

Firstly, he listened. I knew very, very little about finance and financial planning! Craig allowed me to voice my worries and to ask lots of questions. He asked me the questions that allowed me to examine and reflect upon what I wanted. He helped me to see that I had options, what those options were, and the pros and cons of different courses of action. He has helped me to clarify where I am financially, and where I want to be. This makes me feel more confident going forward, and helps to allay the fear I felt about money.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

So far, so good! It's only been a few months, so it's early to make any judgement, but so far have been exactly as he predicted: changeable! However, I feel that my finances and investments are being monitored and I feel confident going forward.

What could they have done better?

Again, at this stage, I can't think of anything where I would have wanted anything done differently.

To transfer my pension and lift a percentage of this .
