How has Oliver Pemberton helped you since your last review?
I advise all who are thinking about posting a potential review on VouchedFor to be extremely cautious as this potentially could be held up by advisers at a future date to help exonerate any claims that you may make at a later date. This is even the case when the review that you previously submitted was from a position of misinformation. Oliver Pemberton had his Father copied in on every email and attend each meeting before my assets were transferred and invested in a product with exit fees of 6%. I underwrote his Father and was not informed that he was not a regulated entity at the time that he was attending each meeting where I divulged all of my personal information. I have been engaged in a complaints process with St James's Place for the last 10-months on this and there is not a day that passes where I wish I had never ever become involved with any member of this organisation.

Wanted investment advice and my mother was already a client of an SJP partner

Has guided me to excellent medium-risk longterm investments which are tax-efficient and should ensure my financial stability throughout retirement
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - thanks to the advice I've retired in 2024 and will be able to draw a steady income and also grow my investment.
